Assegai Telor
 HISTORY Assegai never had a normal childhood, he was hard to pin down, not just in the literal sense but he was also hard to recognize, he changed his appearance and even gender so often he might go through a dozen faces in a day. The only consistent aspect of him was his curious yellow eyes, which he either couldn't change or never wanted to - for fear of losing the only anchor he had to an idea of 'self'. Eventually he settled into more permanent form. A boy with white skin and faintly green hair, and a maniacal smile that hinted at quite how insane he really was. He also discovered that he could leave the strict structure of the human body, consuming the materials in one arm to extend the other and so on. Though he couldn't make anything inorganic he could grow great bone blades from his arms or legs. He could heal up wounds and move around and study his organs, quickly learning more about the human body than any professor. One day when walking through town as a girl he got pulled into an alley to the side of the road, 4 brutes bared down on him and tore off his clothes, when the blades started emerging they had too little time to react and were found later in multiple pieces. Though he would have avoided prison for this event due to the self defense aspect of the homicides his first taste of blood never left him. This was when his rampage across the city started. It's difficult to catch someone who can change their appearance, but luckily for the residents of the great city he couldn't transform away all the bloodstains and was caught after a mere 50 killings. Assegai has a playful nature that lands him in trouble often, he likes to get inside peoples heads and tempt them into doing something stupid. He is almost completely insane and has no capacity for either empathy or sympathy. Though these all may seem bad traits he can also be a reasonably interesting person to be around as long as the target of his next prank isn't you. His temper is kept under control but he has a tenancy to go into violent frenzies upon smelling or tasting blood. Notes on ability: -He cannot gain biomass to make himself grow (if he grew an extra limb he would have to give up flesh from somewhere else to do it). -The changes are reasonably slow so he can't heal wounds instantly, he also as to concentrate on the changes, so he would have to stop to heal. -Burned flesh is useless to him and he can no longer change it. -he has no way of regaining biomass during a fight (if he looses blood it's gone).
