This thread details everything members need to know about prestige. Please follow all of the guidelines below. If any member has questions about prestige, please feel free to ask a staff member.

Prestige is the amount of points prisoners are rewarded when a prisoner participates in the Dead End or through other means. All prestige will be located in the accepted prisoner's application. When a member needs to have their prestige updated they will need to post in this thread or contact a staff member. No prestige can be shared between accounts or moved from one account to another. If there is a specific character members want to have their prestige sent to, besides any prestige earned through the Dead End, a staff member will have to be notified.

EARNING PRESTIGE

The amount of prestige that can be earned varies. Prestige can also be earned in many ways than just participating in the Dead End. Below are some examples of how prestige can be earned and how much.

I. Winning a Dead End will grant the prisoner 75 prestige.

II. Participating in site events and contests will grant members a certain amount prestige.

III. Advertising the roleplay on other roleplay sites will grant the prisoner 2 prestige.

IV. Being member and character of the month will reward the prisoner 20 prestige.

V. If there is a roleplay thread that exemplifies extraordinary ability, the prisoners in the thread may be rewarded prestige.

SPENDING PRESTIGE

Prestige can be used in many ways. Below are some examples of how prestige can be used.

I. Prisoners can use prestige to purchase weapons and other general goods.

II. Prestige can be used to put bounties on other prisoners or prison staff.

III. Prestige can be used to switch abilities. This buy can only be used once and on one character.

IV. Prestige can be used to purchase weapons and other general goods to be sent to prisoners in the Dead End.

V. Prestige can be used for gambling purposes.

Prisoners, feel free to let the prison staff know about earned prestige so it can be updated. Just reply to this thread and all prestige will be updated.
