CAPABILITIES
 
The main attribute of Resonance is the ability to greatly strengthen another Enigma's power through physical touch. This much be skin on skin contact or it will not work. This is also confined to one Enigma at a time.

The second attribute of Resonance is purely defensive, utility can't keep a man alive for long after all. The user has the ability to resonate with their surroundings. The smallest vibration could be increased to something that can shake the foundations of a building, sound waves can resonate to create ear splitting bangs, and light waves can be increased for sudden bursts of light or darkness to name a few.

Thirdly, Resonance has offensive attributes. The ability to make use of the particles in the air to increase range and damage, as well as using sound to damage peoples ears. The most destructive aspect of this ability is the ability to resonate light, sound, water, or vibrations with a persons body doing damage to the cells directly affected. This is not lethal, but can damage, stun, and generally hurt a lot.

Due to the need for physical contact, while contact is made, the user is immune to the users power. Though in this state they cannot do anything either.

APPLICATION

- Increase the strength and/or magnitude of another prisons powers
- Resonate with different types of waves and/or particles that can be resonated with for defensive, offensive, or utility purposes.
- Immunity on physical contact (while user-resonance is active).
- Increased attack range

LIMITATIONS

- One prisoner can be resonated with at a time.
- One type of wave can be resonated with at a time.
- If something cannot resonate in basic physics, it cannot be resonated with. (i.e. a vibration proof room cannot have vibrations resonating in it.)
- For ANYTHING to resonate, there must be skin contact.
- During resonance with a power user, the resonance user cannot do anything else (fight, run, etc), without stopping the resonance.
